By purchasing an Instant Interior Design Package (“Design Package”) from Chauncey Pham, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Description & Instant Delivery
• Each Design Package includes a professionally curated interior design plan for an entire home.
• Customers will receive a downloadable spreadsheet containing finish-out specifications, including furniture, paint colors, fixtures, and décor, along with direct purchase links for each item.
• This is a self-executed design package; Chauncey Pham does not provide in-home design services, installation, or project management.

2. No Customization or Modifications
• The design plans are pre-curated and are sold as-is. No alterations or customizations will be made to the provided selections.
• If an item is out of stock or discontinued at the time of purchase, Chauncey Pham will provide up to three (3) recommended substitute options via email within 5 business days.

3. Variability in Appearance
• Due to variations in lighting, space dimensions, and materials, the final aesthetic of the design in your home may differ from the images provided.
• Chauncey Pham does not guarantee that the items, finishes, or color schemes will appear the same in your space as they do in our curated images.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties
• Chauncey Pham does not guarantee item availability, pricing, or continued stock from third-party vendors.
• We are not responsible for any changes in product availability, pricing fluctuations, shipping delays, or discontinued items from external retailers.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the items selected meet their functional needs and fit within their space.

5. No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once a Design Package is purchased and delivered.
• Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access provided, there are no exceptions to this policy.

6. Liability & Disclaimer
• Chauncey Pham is not responsible for any issues arising from product purchases, installations, or execution of the design plan.
• We do not provide contractor recommendations, construction services, or installation guidance.
• Any damage, defects, or dissatisfaction with purchased items must be addressed with the respective retailer or manufacturer.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage
• The design plans, spreadsheets, images, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Chauncey Pham.
• These materials are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

8. Agreement to Terms
