FLIPSIDE gives you access to live in-person sessions at our flips. You will learn how to flip houses giving you real-world experience and advice from people who actually do it every day.

45 mins of info. 90 mins of open Q&A, walk the property, and network.

All participants MUST SIGN: Release of liability waiver, Non-disclosure agreement, and release to use media with them in it (video and picture). NO PHONES, CAMERAS, OTHER RECORDING DEVICES ARE ALLOWED - THESE PROPERTIES WILL BE FEATURED ON TELEVISION AND THERE ARE VERY STRICT RULES ABOUT REVEALING ANYTHING ABOUT THEM.  Do not purchase if you're not ok with surrendering your phones at the beginning of the sesson or signing any of the waivers.
