In the past 5 years, I have coached and trained over 400 entrepreneurs, have spoken in front of crowds of over 8,000, and shared the stage with Tony Robbins, ranked in the top 1% for growth and influence with the fastest growing Real Estate Firm in the country, and have built multiple companies from the ground up – some scaling to 7-figures within a year in Real Estate Sales, Investing, Marketing, Coaching, and more.

Hi! My name is Derek Pham, and I'm a Real Estate Investor and Strategist.


  Derek relocated to the DFW Metroplex in 2006 and never looked back. Steadfast and street-smart, this young salesman carved a name for himself in the car industry and then ventured into Merchant Services where he later became Director of Sales for a Fortune 500 Company. He took the transferable skills acquired in Corporate America and applied them when he joined his wife Chauncey in Real Estate to complement her retail sales business with investments in November of 2018. By November of 2019, Phamily Capital Partners, LLC was full boar with acquisitions, 7 Figure Revenue, and record-breaking profits and continues to scale to this day. In addition to flipping homes, Derek is the owner of Funding Plug, LLC – a mortgage company and partners in multi-family syndicates and other investment outlets.  He resides in the DFW Metroplex with his wife Chauncey and children – Fiona & Enzo.

I've been flipping houses since 2019 and have done over $10 million in sales volume & deals. I've always had a passion for building systems and processes, but I could never have imagined that my love of strategic planning would lead me to this point in my life. I've flipped over 100 homes and wouldn't be able to do it if I didn't have suitable systems in place.
